He makes sure work is done well and on time. Neverson brings out the best in each person and helps the team work well together.

A CG artist creates visuals using computer-generated images. Anoop & Lenore use software to design 2D or 3D graphics, models, and animations. They bring characters, objects, and scenes to life with their creativity and technical skills. They work with the team to meet project needs and produce eye-catching, realistic visuals that support the story and capture the audience’s attention.

Developers
A developer or engineer builds tools and systems that help with project work. Bolo and Claudio use templates, frameworks, and other tools to create solutions that fit the project’s needs. They research, test, and improve their work to make sure it runs well and is easy to use. They also fix problems, make updates, and keep learning to improve their skills and the tools they build.
Zeki
Audio Designer
An audio editor improves and polishes sound content. Zeki pays close attention to detail to make the audio smooth and professional. He edits recordings by removing noise, adjusting volume, and making the sound clearer. He also adds effects, mixes audio, and lines it up with visuals. Zeki works with the team to help shape the final audio.
Laric
Narrator
A narrator tells stories using their voice in books, films, and other media. Laric brings stories to life by speaking in a way that’s expressive and engaging. He adds emotion and personality to the characters or events, making the story more enjoyable to listen to. Laric speaks clearly and smoothly so the audience can easily follow and stay connected to the story.

Advisory Assistant
An advisory assistant gives helpful advice and support. They research, study information, and share insights to guide decisions. They help find opportunities, solve problems, and create plans to improve results. NIA supports Neverson’s growth and success throughout his journey.

Scriptwriter
A scriptwriter creates stories, builds characters, and writes dialogue for different types of media. Matteo brings stories to life with emotion and personality. He works closely with Anoop, Lenore, Zeki, and Laric to make sure the story fits the project’s vision. His scripts help keep the audience engaged by being clear, interesting, and easy to follow from start to finish.

Video Editor
A video editor shapes and improves video content. Emerson pays close attention to detail and timing to make sure everything flows smoothly. He selects, arranges, and trims clips to tell a clear story. He also enhances the video by adjusting colors, adding effects, and including audio. Emerson works with the team to bring the project’s vision to life.

Critic
A critic like Elio reviews and gives feedback on projects like videos, photos, music, and writing. He looks at how well they’re made, how they connect with audiences, and what they mean in their field. Elio shares helpful and fair feedback from the audience with the team to improve future work. The artwork design process is different from video and audio because it’s not always active—it comes and goes. Video and audio don’t fully depend on the artwork to move forward, and the same goes for artwork. Instead, artwork helps spark concept ideas that guide the creation of the video and audio.

05. Audio Design
The audio editing process is closely linked to the video and often takes extra time and focus to fine-tune details. While it doesn’t need a lot of new ideas, it does involve layering sounds to create rich and immersive experiences.
